Understanding Your Care Funding Options – We're Here to Help We know that arranging care can come with questions about how to pay for it. The good news is that there are several ways to fund your care—and we’re here to guide you through your options, whether that involves support from your local authority, the NHS, or using your own personal resources.

Support Through Your Local Authority or the NHS In some cases, your local council or NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) may directly arrange and fund your care with us.

Alternatively, if you’re eligible, your local authority may provide you with a Direct Payment or Personal Budget. This allows you to have more choice and control over how your care is managed and by whom—including the option to choose us as your care provider.

To find out if you’re entitled to this kind of support, your first step is to reach out to your local Adult Social Services team. If you qualify, a social worker will carry out a means-tested assessment and guide you through the available funding routes.

Self-Funding Your Care If you don’t qualify for public funding—or wish to add extra support on top of what's already covered—you or your family can choose to purchase additional care hours.

Many people also choose to fully or partly fund their own care privately. In these cases, we’ll work closely with you to develop a care package that meets your needs while staying within your budget.

To keep things simple, we offer clear, regular invoicing and flexible payment options, including Direct Debit and secure online payments.
