Keeping up with everyday household tasks isn't always easy. We can provide practical help with agreed household tasks to help keep your home comfortable, tidy and manageable.
Shopping and errands
Shopping and everyday errands can sometimes feel like a lot. We can provide practical support with agreed shopping and everyday tasks.
Getting out and about
We can accompany you when you want to get out and about. That might mean going to the shops, meeting a friend, going for a walk, visiting somewhere you enjoy or taking part in a local activity.
Appointment support
Sometimes it's reassuring to have someone with you. Where appropriate, we can accompany you to appointments and provide practical support with getting there and back.
Staying connected
Keeping in touch with the people who matter to you is an important part of everyday life. We can provide encouragement and practical support to help you stay connected with family, friends and your local community.
Hobbies and activities
Having some extra support shouldn't mean giving up the things you enjoy. Whether you enjoy gardening, reading, crafts, music, going for walks, visiting places or taking part in local activities, we can help you continue doing the things that are important to you.
Support for family carers
Family members often provide a great deal of support to the people they love. But everyone needs a break sometimes. We can provide companionship and practical support, giving family carers some time to work, attend appointments, run errands, spend time with their own family or simply have some time for themselves.
